Parking
Five is the maximum number of vehicles allowed on the property.
Park on our driveway, not obstructing our neighbors access to their property.

Keep all of the windows and doors closed. Due to:
This is a safety measure, as the house sits over 30 feet off the ground.
Also, the humidity and salt air will damage the floors and interior of our home.

16 - Max Occupancy
This home is intended for family and friends on vacation.
No large parties, weddings, prom or celebrations are allowed at this property.
Maximum number of people allowed is 16 people (no more than 12 adults).

Neighbors
Please respect our neighbors and their property, most live here and want their privacy.
Please keep the noise and music to a normal level.

Galveston Beach Rules
No alcohol, glass containers, open fires, four wheelers, overnight camping, walking on dunes.
Galveston police patrol the beaches.

No pets of any kind are allowed on the property.

Sewer System
Our sewer system is very delicate.
Only flush toilet paper down the toilets and avoid putting any heavy foods down the garbage disposal.
If clogging occurs during your stay and items found in the system, you will be charged.

Furniture
Do not move furniture between the rooms inside the house.
All deck furniture are to remain in place and not be moved inside or used at the beach.

Air Condition
We recommended temp 72-75 & leave fan on auto.
Do not set the temp below 72 degrees on a hot summer day, as this could cause the units to constantly run which may cause the system to freeze up.

Cleaning
Please clean and maintain the home during your stay.
We have provided a vacuum, broom, and cleaning supplies for your use.

Laundry
Please use our washer and dryer. Be careful with bleach, it can cause bad stains on our sheets and towels.
If you use bleach on your whites, please fill the bleach dispenser with water to protect the next load from staining.

Inside The Home
Kitchen
Coffee maker (K-Cup Pod & Carafe Coffee Maker Duo) available.
Extra paper products and cleaning supplies are available under kitchen sink and bathroom vanities.
If you use any dishes, please just put them in the dishwasher and run it when you are done. Pods can be found under sink.
Electronics
For entertaining, we have two 60” LED HD TV’s in both TV rooms and three 50” LED TV’s in all three Master Suites.
We have Sling HD programming on all of the TV’s along with blue ray players to watch your favorite movies and AT&T High Speed Wi-Fi internet.
What’s Nearby?
Garbage Collection
There are 3 large city garbage bins downstairs. We have a service that takes the garbage bins out to the road Sunday evening for garbage pickup on Monday.
No recycling service is offered here at the house, but you can drop off recyclables at the city facility on your way out of town.
You will drive right by it on your way back to Houston. It is located next to Target in Galveston, you can't miss it!
Check Out Procedures

Towels and Linens
Please leave your towels on the towel racks to dry out and leave all linens on the beds.
Our maintenance crew will take care of collecting used laundry.

Kitchen
Please wash all of the dishes/empty the dishwasher and put away properly.
If you break something please replace it.
Let us know if something is needed or not working properly immediately.

Refridgerator
Please take all of your extra food with you or dispose of properly.
Refrigerator should be left totally empty of all items.

Microwave
Please clean any excess food spillage from the microwave and oven.

Outdoor Grill
If you grilled during your stay, please scoop the used coal and ashes into the provided galvanized bucket.
If fully extinguished, dump in bag and place in trash.
A $100 charge will be assessed if not cleaned up properly.

Games, Chairs & Beach Toys
Some minimal beach items are provided to help make your stay enjoyable.
If any of these items are used, please rinse all sand and replace neatly for the next guests to use.
Please return fans, blankets, games or any items used during your stay to their original locations.

Maintenance Items
If there was any damage/malfunction that occurred during your stay, please notify us so we may resolve immediately.

Personal Belongings
Please make sure you take all of your personal belongings.
In the event after check out you realize you left an item at the property and more than 2 hours has elapsed, reach out to Anthony before returning to the house. At this point the cleaning crew may have already taken the item to the recovery area, and more importantly other guests may have already checked into the property.

Doors & Keys
Lock the upstairs and downstairs doors.
Then put the house key back in the lock box.
Scramble the lock code numbers, do not leave on combination.
